Facilitated by an experienced Coach working with professional actors, Where’s Your Head At? is a series of transformational events which use scenario-based learning to shine the light on how our worlds now differ and how we can navigate the path ahead.
Leading in a World of Change – Where’s Your Head At?
If we asked you to describe your management and leadership team as they move further into this hybrid world, having just experienced the longest period of remote working; what would you say?
How many of them may be feeling a little out of control at times - like Lisa in this video. Watch it in full now.
We have found this has resonated with every leader we have shared it with. Sometimes met with a knowing smile, even a tear and often a sigh of relief knowing that they are not alone - it is happening to others!
We have the answer and the exact support that your management and leadership teams need. We have created a unique transformational experience - a leadership programme which entwines the REAL experiential through specially written dramas, coupled with the practical, through coaching, training and skills development. This unique event brings alive the uncertainties, the fears, the doubts and the blockers, that are impacting leaders and those around them right now. Providing them the opportunity to practice leadership skills in a safe environment alongside their peers.

Working Well in a World of Change – Where’s Your Head At?
The COVID-19 pandemic has a strong impact on the work of all of us. It requires us to adapt and evolve – finding ways to perform our roles well whilst also looking after our own wellbeing.
We may have experienced different journeys – but whether you have found it exciting, challenging, or any adjective in between, there is always benefit in stopping and reflecting, before moving forward again.
What about your frontline workforce? When did you last check-in with them to see how they were doing? And we mean, really doing.
This unique two-session event presents exactly that opportunity for them. Time to reflect, learn and invest in themselves. Protected time where they can submerge themselves in the learning and what it may offer them.
Across the two sessions they will have the opportunity to work through and discuss a number of work-based scenarios that have been created during this unprecedented time.
The scenarios and linked discussions will provide them with the opportunity to observe, reflect, share, learn, discuss and problem solve in a safe environment alongside their peers.
